“Currently developed by Sunreef R&D, this sailing supercat will produce clean hydrogen on board and get a unique green power boost from performance sails, hydro-generetors and a “solar skin” system”, the Polish shipyard announced on 1 September.
The Sunreef Yachts has previously stated that it is currently developing a sustainable sailing superyacht converting methanol to clean hydrogen.The zero-emission catamaran would measure above 90 feet and is going to combine hydrogen power and electric propulsion to achieve a new level of eco-conscious cruising.
