dynaCERT Inc., announced that it has agreed with Cipher Neutron that dynaCERT will invest in Cipher Neutron equity ten percent (10%) of the net proceeds upon closing of the Company’s proposed Unit Offering announced in dynaCERT’s Press Release dated October 16, 2023.
Gurjant Randhawa, CEO of Cipher Neutron, stated, ”Our close collaboration relationship with dynaCERT provides Cipher Neutron with R&D labs and state-of-the art equipment, a semi-automated assembly line to meet global demand of our commercial products, and the marketing reach of dynaCERT in the worldwide hydrogen space.”
Jim Payne, CEO of dynaCERT, stated, “At dynaCERT we are proud to be working with Cipher Neutron towards the establishment of commercial AEM Green Hydrogen Electrolysers to be made available to the global Multi-Megawatt and Gigawatt hydrogen projects for deployment in the next several decades.”
