DATS 24 opened 2 new hydrogen refuelling stations in Belgium

Belgiаn DATS 24 announced the opening of 2 new hydrogen stations in Erpe-Mere and Herve. “With the 2 newcomers, the counter already stands at 5 public hydrogen stations, and we are operating the largest network in Belgium”, the company said.

“The choice of Erpe-Mere and Herve? Their strategic location between Brussels and Ghent, and between Flanders, Wallonia and Germany. So it also fits perfectly within WaterstofNet’s H2Benelux project , part of the Connecting Europe Facility programme to  expand the existing public hydrogen refuelling infrastructure and hydrogen vehicle fleet in the Benelux. We therefore thank them for the always pleasant cooperation and support received, as well as that of CINEA – European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency.

Thanks to the recent integration of DATS 24 within Virya Energy, we can now even better join forces to initiate the transition to net zero emissions through the use of green hydrogen with partners for industrial and chemical applications, intensive mobility, public transport and heavy transport”.
