zepp.solutions delivered its hydrogen-powered generator set for stationary aircraft features for testing

The H2GPU(hydrogen-powered generator), a collaborative development by Dynell GmbH and zepp.solutions, was delivered to KES B.V. at Royal Schiphol Group . After extensive in-house testing to ensure performance and reliability, it will soon be time to demonstrate the capabilities of the GPU on the apron at Royal Schiphol Group as part of the EU-backed TULIPS – Green Airports project.

The H2GPU uses zepp.solutions‘ 50kW Y50 fuel cell system and is capable of storing 16.8 kg of hydrogen. Combined with the 84 kWh onboard battery, the GPU can deliver up to 350 kWh of electrical energy.
