Unigranit will inject hydrogen into the gas mix to produce building materials

The Czech building materials company Unigranit ordered an upgradable AEM Nexus 1000 with an initial capacity of 500 kW, expandable to 1 MW, the German Enapter announced.

At its Písek plant, Unigranit processes granite, marble, sandstone, and other natural materials for various construction projects.

The green hydrogen produced using renewable energy from a nearby wind farm will be injected into the company’s gas mix to reduce their production’s carbon footprint.
