“In the “Hydrogen Terminal Braunschweig” project, we will technically design the Zinc Zwischenschritt Electrolyzer and optimize its interaction with the existing electricity and hydrogen infrastructure”, the STOFF2 announced. Additionally, the project partners plan to commission a Zinc Zwischenschritt Electrolyzer at the site. The green hydrogen will supply test stands of several research institutes through an H2 gas pipeline, as well as an H2 filling station for heavy-duty mobility.
“We are proud of this partnership and look forward to contributing to this pioneering project with our highly innovative technology,” says Sebastian Sipp, CEO of STOFF2.
“With the ZZE we will unlock completely new possibilities to enable optimal operation between fluctuating renewable energies and a reliable supply of hydrogen,” says David Sauss, scientific director of SIZ Energieplus.
