EODev received Type Approval Certificate for REXH2 from Bureau Veritas Group

“We’ve reached a key milestone for maritime hydrogen: REXH2® has officially received TAC (Type Approval Certificate) certification from Bureau Veritas Group”, the EODev announced.

“At the HyVolution 2025 trade fair, on the Brittany Region stand, Yann Darmaillac, Technical Director of EODev, received this certification from Frédéric THOMAS, Director of Marine & Offshore Equipment & Materials Certification at Bureau Veritas, in the presence of Philippe BOUCLY, President of France Hydrogène, and Charles Cardi, CEO of Green Navy.

Following the ceremony, Green Navy announced the integration of several REXH2® in its Prometeo project, a zero-emission catamaran intended for passenger transport, developed with the support of the integrator SECO MARINE.

This certification, the result of years of work, validates the safety, reliability and performance of our REXH2® solution, designed around the Toyota Motor Corporation fuel cell, and paves the way for its adoption on a greater number of vessels”.
