Edil San Felice S.p.A. Benefit Corporation (“the Company” or “Edil San Felice”) –a leading integrated operator active in the maintenance and critical infrastructure sector in Italy, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market – has been awarded, as the designated executing company by Consorzio Stabile Fenix S.c.a.r.l., a new contract from Autostrade del Brennero with a total value of €13,235,652.60, for the detailed design and construction of a hydrogen refueling station.

The project involves the construction of a highly innovative hydrogen dispensing system, intended to serve both light and heavy vehicles, and represents an important infrastructure supporting sustainable mobility along the Brenner motorway corridor.

The main activities envisaged include: the construction of the management kiosk and the shelter, the construction of hydrogen storage and compression areas, the installation of dispensers and all electrical, mechanical, and fire prevention systems. The project also includes paving works, external landscaping, and the renovation of the existing building with restrooms and

showers, equipped with a photovoltaic system.

The project must be completed within 124 calendar and consecutive days from the signing of the work commencement report.
