Danfoss to deliver the electrolysis cell stack to Stiesdal’s 3 MW HydroGen Electrolyzer

“We are pleased to share the news of a commercial agreement with Danfoss Heat Exchangers, the Stiesdal announced in it’s LinkedIn. “Going forward, Danfoss will produce and deliver one of the core components of our HydroGen Electrolyzer technology, the electrolysis cell stack”.

Stiesdal’s 3 MW HydroGen Electrolyzer features an innovative cell stack design utilizing heat exchanger plate technology. This approach offers several advantages, including a significant milestone thanks to the manufacturing capabilities of Danfoss Heat Exchangers: true industrialized electrolyzer stack manufacturing.

By focusing on industrial production, this partnership paves the way for economies of scale in electrolyzer manufacturing, a crucial step towards delivering green hydrogen on a global scale.
